Welcome to still good. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our website, online store, booking platform, mobile applications, and any related services (collectively, the "Service") operated by still good ("we," "our," or "us").

By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not use the Service.

1. Definitions

"Platform" refers to our website, mobile application, or any other digital platform through which we operate.

"Products" refer to the food and grocery items offered in Value Bags.

"Customer" refers to any individual using our platform to purchase products.

2. Nature of Goods

Products sold on our platform are surplus, close-to-expiry, or otherwise unsold food that is safe for consumption at the time of sale.

Customers cannot select specific products and accept the element of surprise when purchasing Value Bags.

Products may include allergens, and we do not guarantee allergen-free items. Customers with allergies must exercise caution.

3. Orders and Payments

All sales are final. Due to the discounted nature of our products, we do not offer refunds or returns unless required by law.

Payments must be made via the approved payment methods available on our platform.

We reserve the right to cancel orders in case of suspected fraud, incorrect pricing, or stock unavailability.

Due to the nature of our business and our goods, orders must be collected on the day of purchase during our designated collection window. We are unable to store goods overnight or accommodate next-day collections. Unfortunately, any uncollected products are discarded at the end of the day, which contributes to the ongoing food waste crisis in South Africa, something we are actively trying to reduce. By collecting your order on time, you’re not only ensuring you receive the cheapest groceries, but also helping us minimise avoidable food waste.

4. Collection Only

We do not offer delivery services. Customers must collect their Value Bags in-store within the specified collection timeframe; failure to do so may result in forfeiture without refund.

We do not guarantee the condition of products after they have been collected.

5. Liability and Disclaimers

We do not manufacture the products and therefore do not accept liability for product quality, safety, or health-related issues arising from consumption.

Customers acknowledge that products are close to expiry and accept responsibility for checking and consuming them within appropriate timeframes.

We are not liable for any allergic reactions, foodborne illnesses, or adverse effects resulting from consuming our products.

The platform and its services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind.

6. User Conduct

Customers must use the platform lawfully and respectfully.

Customers are not permitted to resell the contents of Value Bags.

Abuse, fraudulent activity, or misuse of the platform may result in account termination.

7. Data Protection and Privacy

We collect and process customer data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

By using our platform, customers consent to the collection and use of their data for order processing and service improvements.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of South Africa. Any disputes shall be resolved in the appropriate courts of South Africa.
